The following payments will automatically be declined due to anti-fraud rules
- Cards registered to countries outside of the origin of purchase (tolerant within reason)
- Cards where the incorrect CVC number is used
- Cards that do not support, or fail Bank Authenticity checks via 3-D secure (verification in bank app)
- Cards that are prepaid
- Cards that are virtual
Effective 5th November 2023, pre-existing cards will also be subject to the above rules, even if successfully authenticated in the past.
