How Do I Keep UDTs Organised If I Have Many Of Them?

As projects grow, UDTs tend to multiply quickly. What starts as a handful of clean, well named types can turn into a long, flat list that is difficult to navigate and even harder for someone new to the project to understand. At that point, the problem is usually not the number of UDTs, but how they are named, grouped, and related to the rest of the program.
